Note: If you want to learn scuba diving, but don't plan to become a dive
professional at this point, check out our recreational

SCUBA NERJA, Award Programs are all inclusive, complete education packages
that progressively take you through the Instructor Development Program.
Phases can be completed consecutively or over a period of time to meet
your scheduling needs. You may enroll in any of the courses within the
Phases on an individual basis provided you meet the entry requirements
for that course.

| PADI Pro Gold |
This program is for PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors who
wish to continue their diving education in order to attain a
wide variety of Specialty Instructor ratings as well as the Nitrox
Instructor rating.

This program will provide Advanced certified divers all of
the training courses required to reach the first professional
membership level of PADI Divemaster.

Individual courses - Often times, dive professionals want
to continue their training and - based on their current level
of certification - have a specialized need to participate
in classes that fall outside of our regular Phase Programs. Here
you will find information about the various Non-Phase courses we
offer: |
| Divemaster |
The PADI Divemaster course is a 9½ day class during
which qualified Rescue Divers learn the knowledge and skills
necessary to make the transition from a recreational diver to
the first professional membership level. Instructor level academic
knowledge will be developed and tested.
Confined Water Training includes perfecting all standard open
water skills which are improved to demonstration quality, rescue
skills, equipment exchange (problem solving) and watermanship
and stamina are evaluated.

| Assistant Instructor |
The PADI Assistant Instructor (AI) course is a 3-day class
designed to prepare PADI Divemasters or equivalent to become
PADI Assistant Instructors. This course begins the PADI instructor
development process and is scheduled during the first 4 days
of our Instructor Development Course (IDC.)

| Open Water Instructor |
The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) course is a 5-day
class designed to prepare qualified candidates to become PADI
Instructors. This course is scheduled during the last 5 days
of our Instructor Development Course (IDC.) Either the OWSI course
or the entire IDC must be completed before attending the PADI
Instructor Examination (IE).

| Master Scuba Diver Trainer |
The MSDT is actually 5 Specialty Instructor courses conducted
in an integrated manner over 5 days. The course involves academic
presentations and 10 boat dives. Candidates are shown how to
conduct training dives, briefings
and scenarios.

| Staff Instructor |
The IDC Staff Instructor course is designed to provide a PADI
Master Scuba Diver Trainer with the additional training necessary
to staff PADI IDCs. The course is conducted over 11 days during
an actual IDC. Candidates participate in an entire IDC and develop
evaluation and counseling skills.

| Speciality Instructor |
After becoming a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
(OWSI) you'll want to teach divers specific types of diving dependant
to what your local area offers. To do this you need to be able
to teach PADI Specialties.

| IDC Instructor Development Course |
The PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) is a 7/8-day
class designed to prepare qualified candidates to become PADI
Instructors.
The IDC is divided into two distinct segments. The first segment
is the 3-day PADI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR course. The second portion
is the 5-day PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI)course. Together
the two courses combine to encompass the entire IDC. Both courses
must be completed before attending the PADI Instructor Examination
(IE).
