Did you know that SCUBA NERJA has a Program to prepare a Staff Instructor/MSDT to understand the concepts of the Course Director Training Course ?

Qualifying for acceptance to the PADI Course Director Program is extremely competitive! From over 250 applications a year, PADI only accepts an average of 40 to 50 applicants.

This unique program will better prepare you for acceptance and greatly enhance your resume. The Course Director Preparation program was designed by Pro Dive and is for IDC Staff Instructors who require additional IDC, EFRI, or MSDT experience prior to applying for acceptance into a Course Director Program. The course offers the opportunity for candidates to participate in 3 Instructor Development Courses, 3 Emergency First Responder Instructor courses and 3 Master Scuba Diver Trainer programs.

SCUBA NERJA full time resident Course Directors will share with you valuable insights in achieving success at the Course Director Training Course.
